How we get your company named in AI answers.

Three layers of work that get AI engines to recommend you, and a report every month that shows it. Our own team makes the changes, on your site and beyond it.

Three layers, one programme.

Each layer rests on the one below it. Content does little on a site AI cannot read, and a clean site does little if nothing outside it confirms what it says. Select a layer to see the work.
  1. Distribution

Other sources that confirm what your site says.

  2. Answers

Pages that answer the question a buyer asked.

  3. Foundation

A site that AI assistants can reach, read and understand.

Foundation

A site that AI assistants can reach, read and understand.

Many sites are hard for AI crawlers to use: pages that render only in the browser, blocked crawlers, missing or conflicting structured data, slow templates, an unclear account of who the company is. We find these problems and fix them in your codebase or CMS.

You receive changes made, not a list of changes to make: we work in your codebase or CMS, or with your developer.

Answers

Pages that answer the question a buyer asked.

AI assistants quote pages that answer a question directly, with specifics they can verify. We plan content from the buyer question set and write it with you: comparisons, guides, service pages and answers to the questions your sales team hears every week.

  • Topics mapped to real buyer questions
  • Existing pages rewritten to answer clearly
  • New pages written and reviewed with your team
  • Published in your CMS, ready for crawling

A buyer asks

How much does it cost to outsource our bookkeeping?

yourcompany.com/pricing/bookkeeping

What outsourced bookkeeping costs in the UK

A direct answer in the first lines: what the price depends on, the typical range for a firm your size, and what is included.

Distribution

Other sources that confirm what your site says.

An AI assistant trusts a claim more when independent sources repeat it. We identify the lists, directories, publications and review sites your category's answers rely on, and work to get you represented on them accurately.

  • Source analysis for your category
  • Placements on the lists and directories AI assistants cite
  • Consistent company facts across profiles
  • Reputation and review signals

How an engagement runs.

We agree the milestones at the start. Each phase ends with something you can see, and the next one builds on what worked.
  1. Research and audit

We agree the buyer questions with you, see who the AI engines recommend today, and audit your site and your presence on outside sources.

You receive: A findings report and a prioritised plan of work.

  2. Foundation

We fix the technical problems first, because content and placements are wasted on a site AI assistants cannot read.

You receive: Fixes made on your site, with a record of each change.

  3. Evidence

Content and distribution run together: pages that answer your buyers' questions, and mentions on the sources that confirm them.

You receive: Published content and placements, reported as they land.

  4. Milestone review

We rerun the baseline questions, show what moved and what did not, and agree the focus of the next phase from the findings.

You receive: A milestone report and the next phase plan.

Evidence and review repeat for as long as the engagement runs, each round building on what worked.

Every month, you see where you are recommended.

We build the set of questions your buyers actually ask and run them across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI answers. For each one we record whether you are named, where, how you are described, which competitors appear and which sources the answer draws on.

  • Named or not, per question and per AI engine
  • How each AI engine describes you
  • Which competitors appear and why
  • What we changed since the last report

Three levels of engagement.

All three include the same research, audit and technical work. They differ in how much content, distribution and reporting follow. We recommend a level after the first call.

Essential

The foundation

For firms whose site is the main thing holding them back. We fix it and start answering your buyers' questions.

Authority

Foundation plus reach

For firms that need outside sources to back them up. Adds placements and closer monitoring to the foundation.

Leadership

The complete programme

For firms in contested categories where several competitors are already named. Everything we do, at full pace.

How is this different from SEO?

Search engine optimisation aims for a place in a list of links. Answer engine optimisation aims for a place in the answer itself, where an AI assistant names a few firms and explains why. The two share foundations, such as a crawlable site and good content, and we keep both in mind. But AI assistants also weigh what other sources say about you and how clearly your site states who you are, so the work and the measurement differ.

Which AI assistants do you cover?

ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode. We add others when your buyers use them.

Do you need access to our website?

For the technical work, yes. We work directly in your codebase or CMS, including Next.js, WordPress, Webflow and Framer, or alongside your developer if you prefer. Every change is recorded and nothing goes live without your agreement.

How do you show progress?

Against the baseline we record on day zero. At each milestone we rerun the same questions on the same AI engines and report where you are named, how you are described and which sources are used, next to what we found at the start.

Can you guarantee that an AI assistant will recommend us?

No. Nobody controls what a model says, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing. What we can do is remove the reasons an AI assistant leaves you out, and measure honestly whether that is working.

What do you need from our team?

A kick-off conversation, access to the site, and someone who can review content for accuracy. We handle the rest and keep the time you spend to a minimum.

How do we choose a level?

After a first call and a look at your current answers, we recommend the level that fits. Many clients start with Essential and move up once the foundation is in place.
